Getting this set up took way longer than I expected. The instructions was confusing, and I kept having to stop and figure out what they actually meant. It ended up being more of a headache than it should’ve been.

I’m still waiting on my delivery and haven’t gotten any updates at all. I get that delays happen, but it feels like basic decency to let a customer know what’s going on instead of leaving them in the dark

I really wanted to like this, but the buttons and controls have been a pain for me. I kept hitting the wrong thing, and half the time I wasn’t totally sure what each button was going to do, so I found myself being extra careful just to avoid messing something up. Since I use it every day, that got annoying quickly. I expected it to feel a lot more straightforward

I bought this clock thinking it would be a decent little upgrade, but it feels cheap in person. The plastic has that hollow, lightweight feel, and the buttons don’t sit evenly. One of them was already a bit wobbly right out of the box.

After a few weeks, it started creaking whenever I picked it up, and the edge of the screen looks slightly raised. I also tried reaching out about it, but everything felt automated and there was basically no real human contact, which made the whole thing more annoying.

Maybe I just got a bad one, but for the price I expected something sturdier. It looks like the kind of clock that should last years, but it really doesn’t feel built to hold up. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Sending it back was actually easy, so I can’t really complain too much there. I did have to follow up once, though, and the refund took around two weeks, which felt a little long to me. Maybe that’s normal, I’m not sure, but it wasn’t amazing. Not awful either, just kind of okay overall.

I felt a little betrayed by this purchase. It looked so nice online, like it was going to be worth every penny, but once I had it in person, the magic vanished. For the price, I was expecting way better quality, not something that made me immediately think I could’ve found the same kind of thing cheaper somewhere else. I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I bought this kind of on impulse because I was tired of stressing about oversleeping, and it’s been really reliable. I use it every weekday and it’s gone off on time every single time so far. Setup took me a minute to figure out, but once I got it going, no missed wake-ups yet.

The sounds and whole setup were irritating at night, and I don’t have the patience to mess around with something that’s supposed to make bedtime easier. I kept waking up more than usual, which completely defeated the point.

After a few nights, I was waking up more tired than before. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it threw off my routine and really wasn’t worth the money.

It’s fine for our bedtime routine, like it does the job well enough. Getting it set up was a little clunky though, so not perfect, but once it’s going it’s okay.

It just looks kind of cheap in person. The design feels outdated and a bit cluttered, especially compared to some competitors that look much cleaner and more modern.

I tried it out hoping there would be a decent music library, but the selection are really small. Most of the sounds feels kind of dull too. I expected a lot more, so it ended up being useless for me...

The alarm does go off, but it only wakes me up sometimes. If you’re a heavy sleeper or really need something dependable, I’d be careful with this one and maybe have a backup alarm set.

Well... the app works fine most of the time, but it’s not quite as smooth as I was hoping. Getting everything set up was simple, which was nice, but some of the menus feel a bit confusing and I sometimes have to tap around to find what I’m looking for. It also loads slowly every now and then. It’s not bad, but it could definitely be easier to use.

This nightlight works well. The light is soft enough that I can see what I’m doing at night without feeling like I’ve been blasted awake. I’m guessing they purposely kept it on the dimmer side so it feels calming instead of annoying, which I actually appreciate. Simple, but it does the job.

I really wanted to like the Loftie, but getting it connected to wi-fi has been such a hassle. It kept dropping during setup, and sometimes the app just wouldn’t find the clock at all. My router is normal and everything else in the house connects fine, so I’m not really sure why this thing is so picky. When it actually works, it’s nice, but having to keep messing with the connection kind of ruins the experience for me.

I had my Loftie for only a few months before the button started sticking, then the screen began acting strange and it eventually stopped charging properly. Just to be clear, I kept it on my nightstand the whole time and didn’t drop it or mess with it, so this wasn’t from rough use.

For the price, I really expected it to hold up better. Maybe I just got a defective one, but it makes me cautious about recommending it because it feels a little cheap internally. I liked the concept a lot, but the durability was a letdown.

I really wanted to like the guided meditations, but they just felt kind of flat to me, actually. A few of the voices are nice, but the pacing felt a little off, and some sessions were too short or just not that calming. I also kept expecting more variety than what was there. It’s probably fine if you’re not too picky, but for the price, I was hoping for something better.

I tried, i tried everything I could think of, and it still wouldn’t connect. Frustrating because I never got it to pair at all...

I was hoping this would be easier to use, but the screen is really dim and small. At night, I can barely make out what it says, which gets frustrating. It’s definitely not what I’d call “easy to read.”
